Why can I not locate a property on your website?
If a property is no longer on our website, this could be for one of the following reasons:
- The Seller has not given the final approval to market the property.
- The auction has ended and we no longer are authorized to market the property.
- We are working with the Seller to see if we can re-auction the property.
Are there any back taxes or liens on ServiceLink Auction | Hudson & Marshall’s properties?
- There may be back taxes and/or liens. If we receive information from the seller, we will post it on our property details pages. It is very important that you conduct thorough due diligence on each and every property on which you may place a bid.
