Why do I need to provide filed entity documents?

  • If you are purchasing using an Entity, the Seller requires copies of filed entity documents in order to verify that an entity is a valid and "active.” 

Why do I need to provide an Operating Agreement?

  • If you are purchasing using an Entity, the Seller requires an Operating Agreement (or bylaws if a corporation) in order to verify Authorized Signers.

Can I edit or revise the contract?

  • No, the contract provided is the contract created and approved by the seller. No modifications can be made.
